Wel I had this problem slow map loading just update your Video card driver to the Beta Version or find some programs thats uses a lot of ram usage.

I tried both. I updated the driver and I run BO2 with highest priority and almost no other big programs. Still loads slow. But thanks for answering me.

This problem happens on occasion regardless of your specs, and more often then not it's a 'game state' issue. Does the problem occur 100% of the time even when you play by yourself and at a peak hours?

Your CPU is below the required specifications. The min intel is the faster version of e8200 and you have E4600. It is a miracle you can play at all. With that said AMD takes a lot longer to load maps...
